Jayne Woods is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with 30 years’ experience as a finance professional. She has served on executive boards for over ten years, focusing on finance, risk, governance and operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Jayne spent 8 years as an auditor and consultant with Deloitte before progressing to hold a number of senior roles in both the public and private sectors.
SShe is currently a member of the audit committees of Comisiynydd y Gymraeg (Welsh Language Commissioner) and the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales. She has previously served as a board member of Qualifications Wales, a governor at a Welsh Further Education College and as a co-opted member of the Audit and Risk Committee at a university in Wales.
Jayne is a fluent Welsh speaker and lives with her family in Carmarthen.
