Raise a concern about how we have handled your personal data

If you are unhappy with how Medr has handled your personal data, you can use this form to raise a complaint. You do not have to use this form — you can also contact us by email, in writing, or through a member of staff. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to respond within 20 working days. If your complaint is more complex, we will let you know within this time why we think it may take longer to investigate, how long we expect it to take, and provide you with regular updates. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
